Recently, a Jamaica client from ST. Catherine has received his QT4-20 block machine and successfully put it into production, client mainly produces 6inch hollow blocks, which are most commonly used in Jamaica.

The client purchased a whole set hollow block production line, including a 6CBM material hopper, JQ600 1.6M diameter pan mixer, an 8m belt convey machine, QT4-20 hollow block making machine, a 3 pallet stacker, then use diesel forklift to carry finished blocks away.

This machine can produce 400x200x200mm 6inch hollow block 5pcs per mold,  5000pcs in 8 hours. 

As told my clients, one 6inch block selling price is 100 Jamaica Dollar, profit is 40%. if you have 1000pcs Pallet, it can give you 5000pcs 6inch block per day, so the client can get 200000 Jamaica Dollar every day with our machine
