3. Solid wood pierced steel bracket pallet; High repair rate, low price, not easy to rot, the thickness of the plate is generally 30-40mm, the single weight is light, not wear-resistant, easy to break.

4. Multi-layer composite pallet; bamboo plywood, The bamboo glue board is characterized by light weight, normal impact resistance, low price and low investment. It is not abrasion resistant, not moisture resistant and easy to layer and rot. Surface fuzzing is serious.


5.PVC pallet: PVC pallets are made of PVC old plastic and stone powder as ingredients. It is characterized by low impact resistance, high price and high investment, and the weight of one piece is too heavy, easy to break.

GMT pallet

GMT is a composite material of glass fiber and thermoplastic resin. Like steel mixed with cement, glass fiber is three-dimensionally interlaced, and resin wrapped glass fiber. Therefore, the rigidity and toughness of the pallet are particularly strong. GMT is a new type of plastic used in automotive chassis, building templates, and is recyclable, is known as the most promising in the 21st century green materials.


             GMT pallets meet the following criteria

GMT bracket is not brittle at low temperature and deformation resistant at high temperature, because GMT is reinforced by long glass fiber. Look at the table below.
