Our company has upgraded QT4-18 automatic hydraulic block making machine.Increase production and lifespan.
Machine has been updated as below:
1. Use frequency converter to protect the two vibration motor, without it, ,two pcs vibrator is easily hot, some times will get burnt.
2. Solenoid valve use 04, which has large flow and quicker speed. Most company use 03 valve. Hydraulic motor use 11KW, which has strong power.
4. Material feeder two side has rocker, which has good balance, can use for longer time. Most supplier has only one rocker on one side.
5. Use 2M diameter pan mixer with lifting hopper which has good mix capacity, can feed material to machine quickly.
The configuration of this machine is a relatively advanced configuration currently on the market. Our company has not increased the price based on the upgrade.
